2-in-1 Plaster & Adhesive Remover Wipe Sachet — The Complete First-Aid Sachet for Clinical, Care, Travel and Welfare Use
This is a single hygienically sealed sachet that contains two items: one sterile adhesive plaster and one pre-saturated adhesive remover wipe. Apply the plaster to cover a cut, graze or minor wound. When the plaster needs to come off — hours, days or a week later — use the included remover wipe to dissolve the adhesive and lift the plaster cleanly away from skin with no pulling, no torn skin and no painful peel. One sachet, two functions, complete care from application to removal. Each sachet is individually sealed for sterility and portability, making it ideal for hospitals, care homes, hygiene packs, travel kits, first-aid pouches, sports bags, tattoo aftercare and beauty studios. The remover wipe is latex-free, skin-safe and dermatologically considered. Manufactured to UK and EU quality standards. Product Code: TE[supplier-code-to-confirm], EAN: [to be assigned].

Who buys this 2-in-1 plaster & remover sachet: Hospitals, NHS clinical teams, GP practices, district nurses, community care workers and care homes use them where elderly, paediatric and post-surgical patients need both a plaster and a painless way to remove it later. Charities, food banks, women's refuges and homeless outreach teams include them in hygiene packs and welfare kits because the 2-in-1 format delivers complete wound care in a single compact sachet — no need to distribute plasters and remover wipes separately. Hotels, bed & breakfasts, holiday lets, Airbnb hosts and serviced apartments stock them in guest first-aid drawers and welcome kits. Schools, nurseries, after-school clubs and SEN settings use them because children fear plaster removal — the remover wipe takes the pain out of taking it off. Sports clubs, gyms, physiotherapy clinics, football academies, rugby clubs, dance schools and MMA gyms use them for minor cuts and grazes during training and matches. Tattoo studios, piercing parlours, lash and nail technicians and microblading artists use them in aftercare where small adhesive dressings are needed and clean removal matters. Entertainment venues, theatres, film and TV first-aid departments, festival medics and event medical teams rely on them for backstage and on-site first aid where speed, hygiene and painless removal all matter.
Why choose a 2-in-1 sachet over separate plasters and remover wipes: Most plasters are sold without any thought to how they come off. The result: torn skin, pulled hair, distressed children, fragile elderly skin damaged on removal, and athletes ripping off tape mid-injury. This sachet solves that — one product covers application and painless removal in a single sealed unit. For hygiene-pack distributors and charities, that means one item in the pack instead of two. For travel and amenity buyers, the compact sealed sachet replaces a full first-aid kit for minor wounds. For clinical and care settings, the sterile sachet eliminates cross-contamination from shared plaster tins or open remover bottles. The fact that there is no minimum order means a small studio buying 50 sachets pays the same per-unit ratio as a hospital buying 5,000 — tiered pricing, no gatekeeping.
How to use: Tear open the sachet at the notched edge. Remove the sterile plaster and apply directly to the cleaned wound. Retain the adhesive remover wipe (still in its inner wrap) for later use. When ready to remove the plaster, open the remover wipe, apply it to the edge of the plaster, allow the solution to soak into the adhesive for 10 to 20 seconds, then gently lift the plaster from the skin. For stubborn residue, wipe the area again with the same wipe. Dispose of used plaster and wipe in general waste. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds beyond the plaster surface. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is inside each sachet? Each individually sealed sachet contains two items: one sterile adhesive plaster and one pre-saturated adhesive remover wipe. The plaster is applied first; the remover wipe is used later to lift the plaster painlessly off the skin.
Can I buy just one sachet or do I have to order a case? You can buy a single sachet. Toiletry Packs operates a strict No Minimum Order policy — no case requirement, no MOQ, no gatekeeping by volume. Tiered pricing means the unit price drops as order quantity increases, so larger orders unlock better per-sachet pricing.
Is this safe for sensitive skin, children and elderly patients? Yes. The remover solution is dermatologically considered, latex-free and formulated for use on fragile skin including paediatric, geriatric and post-surgical applications. Patch-test on a small area first if skin sensitivity is a known concern.
Does the remover wipe also work on medical tape, strapping tape and kinesiology tape? Yes. The same adhesive-dissolving solution that lifts the plaster also softens the rubber-based adhesives used in athletic strapping tape, kinesiology tape (KT tape) and most medical tapes. Apply along the edge of the tape and allow 20 seconds to penetrate.
Are these suitable for tattoo and piercing aftercare? Yes — tattoo studios and piercing parlours use them for minor coverage and painless removal of adhesive dressings without disturbing fresh work. Always follow the artist's aftercare instructions.
Can these be included in hygiene packs and welfare distribution kits? Yes. The 2-in-1 format, long shelf life, latex-free formulation and compact size make them ideal for charity hygiene packs, homeless outreach kits, women's refuge starter packs and food bank welfare distribution. One sachet covers complete wound care without needing to add a separate remover.
Are these cruelty free and vegan? Yes. They are not tested on animals and contain no animal-derived ingredients.
What is the Product Code and EAN for this product? The Toiletry Packs Product Code is TE[supplier-code-to-confirm]. The EAN will be confirmed at dispatch — please contact us for the current batch barcode if required for marketplace listing.
