Every order is fully tracked. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse in Sutton, UK.

Delivery times

  • Dispatch: within 3 working days of payment.
  • United Kingdom: next working day after dispatch.
  • Europe: 4–7 working days in transit.
  • Rest of the world: around 14 working days in transit.

Large or bespoke orders can take a little longer to pack. The estimated date is shown at checkout.

Delivery charges

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from the weight of your order and the destination, and shown before you pay.

UK mainland

  • Up to 1 kg: £7.19
  • Up to 5 kg: £9.59
  • Up to 13 kg: £11.88
  • Up to 17 kg: £14.28
  • Over 17 kg: £0.60 for each additional kilogram

Prices include VAT. Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Isle of Wight and remote Scottish postcodes have their own rate card, applied at checkout by postcode.

International

We ship to Europe and most of the world. Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your country. Duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving a reason, for a full refund of the items and the standard delivery charge. There is no restocking fee. Tell us by email, then post the items back unused (in their original packaging where possible) within 14 days; you pay the return postage. We refund you within 14 days of receiving them. Full details are in our returns policy.

Faulty or damaged items

Please tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible. We will refund or replace the item free of charge and cover the return postage; within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund.

Hygiene

Personal-care products supplied in sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons can't be returned once that seal has been broken after delivery, unless they are faulty; items that were not sealed on delivery can be returned as normal. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
